CrossFit 101

Let's ease into it, shall we?

Our "CrossFit 101" classes are specifically designed for new members. We provide an environment where you will build a good foundation for CrossFit, while also dispelling the myths that "you need to be fit in order to get fit" - all in a CrossFit class atmosphere.

Participants will learn movement techniques as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group CrossFit classes. We focus on conditioning, building core strength, and teaching proper form and technique. You will not only become familiar with CrossFit style workouts, terminology, and movements - but you will be well on your way to a healthier YOU!
